Post Purchase Survey
Ask customers how they found you, right after they buy.

Overview
The app puts a short survey on the Thank you and Order status pages, or anywhere else in the store as a popup, page section, product page block or shareable link.
Merchants start from templates for attribution, NPS, satisfaction or product feedback, then add branching logic and their own colours. Every answer is tied to its order, so the attribution report shows orders and revenue by marketing channel.
Problem and idea
The problem
Ad platforms each claim credit for the same sale, and analytics rarely captures word of mouth, podcasts or a friend's recommendation. The simplest way to know how someone found a store is to ask them.
The idea
Ask one good question at the moment customers are happiest to answer it, then connect the answer to the order so it turns into a report instead of a pile of responses.
My role
I design, build and maintain it: the product decisions, the interface, the frontend and backend, releases, and the support inbox afterwards.

Technical notes
- Answers tied to orders
- Responses are saved on the order and customer records in Shopify, which is what makes revenue-by-channel reporting possible.
